Appearance: Pure white or off-white ultra-fine crystalline powder. The powder is dry, fluffy, uniform and delicate with no caking, no black spot impurities, no coarse particles and no peculiar odor. It features good fluidity, high purity, extremely low moisture content, stable and long-lasting color, and is not easy to discolor or absorb moisture during long-term storage.

Product Introduction: Anhydrous gypsum, also known as anhydrite, is an anhydrous calcium sulfate powder processed from high-quality natural anhydrite ore or refined desulfurized gypsum through high-temperature calcination, dehydration purification, ultra-fine grinding, graded screening and impurity removal refinement. It contains no crystal water and has far better performance than ordinary dihydrate gypsum. The products are divided into Industrial Grade Anhydrous Gypsumand Food Grade Anhydrous Gypsum, strictly complying with GB/T 9776 national standard for building gypsum and GB 1886.6-2016 national standard for food additive calcium sulfate. This product features stable chemical properties, high strength, low shrinkage rate, excellent water and weather resistance, no frosting and no pulverization. It has outstanding gelation activity, filling and reinforcing, solidification, flame retardant and heat insulation properties, serving as a core functional raw material for building material gelation, rubber and plastic filling, coating chemical industry, food solidification, pharmaceutical excipients and friction materials.

2. Physical and Chemical Properties

This product is a white inorganic crystalline powder with stable physical properties, non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly. The density is 2.9-3.0g/cm³ and the Mohs hardness is 3.0-3.5, with uniform texture, dense structure and high forming strength. Adopting a completely anhydrous structure, it has extremely low crystal water content and excellent moisture resistance, never absorbing moisture, caking or halogenating at room temperature. It has strong chemical inertness, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and high temperature resistance, and is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate. Slightly soluble in water, its hydration reaction is mild and controllable, and it exhibits excellent gelation and hardening performance after adding activators. The cured product has high strength, good volume stability and extremely low drying shrinkage rate without cracking or deformation. The powder has uniform particle size and good dispersibility, and is highly compatible with resin, emulsion, rubber, plastic and mortar substrates. It can effectively improve the compactness, hardness, wear resistance, heat insulation, flame retardancy and dimensional stability of products, and also has multiple advantages such as acid neutralization, auxiliary curing, impurity adsorption and cost reduction.
